Covid Protocols

Per PLA regarding Covid-19 protocols: PLEASE NOTE: PLA is working closely with the Oregon Convention Center and will be following state and local protocols to provide the safest environment for our attendees. At this time, we expect to offer the PLA 2022 Conference as an in-person event. Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, we also recognize that the situation remains fluid and is subject to change as circumstances dictate. We will share updates as they become available.

Can't make it to the show?
Display your books in our show floor lounge area with our Distribution Brands!

Full Tower - $1,300

  • 3 Shelves
  • Table Top space in front of your shelf for displaying promos, etc
  • Logo Sign on top of tower
  • 1 Badge if desired
  • Book Order Coordination
  • 1 Promotional Item Distribution
  • Ingram will staff the space
  • Titles are included in Ingram Lounge Booklet

Shelf - $550 each

  • 1 Shelf Only
  • Combined Logo Sign on top of tower

Promotions/Galleys - $200 each + Material Handling

  • Ability to send one promotional item or galley to be displayed as a giveaway inside the lounge area.

Flyers/Bookmarks - $100

  • Ability to send one flyer, piece of collateral, or bookmark to be displayed as a giveaway inside the lounge area.

Author Signings Area - $400 + Material Handling

  • Single location for all signings within the lounge area
  • Ingram will promote the signings
  • 30 minute slots - can buy 2 per author
  • Up to 50 books per 30 minute slot
  • Author Badge is included

A New Destination
on the show floor

Shelf
Don't need a full tower to yourself? Shelves are available for purchase. These will be shared towers with other publishers and will share a top sign and provided shelf-talkers to distinguish your titles.
 

Single Tower
Towers (bookshelves) are available for purchase! You will have all 3 shelves, a top sign, and table space in front of our tower to yourself to display your titles and any promotion items that will fit on the table.

Need Your Own Space?
Full Booth Exhibits are available!

We are still offering full booths (10x10) for publishers to use. These will be unfurnished spaces, however, carpet is included. Furniture and accessories will be available to order for your booth.
