As of this current time, the ATSNJ is fully committed to running a live conference, with in-person attendance. Due to logistics and cost, there are no plans to offer a virtual option in addition to the live event, unless an emergency order is issued by the Governor that necessitates a return to a fully virtual format. We will be working with our partners at the DoubleTree by Hilton Somerset Conference Center to make sure we are doing everything we can to keep attendees safe. This will include encouraging socially distant seating arrangements, availability of disinfectant in all rooms, and REQUIRING ALL ATTENDEES TO WEAR MASKS while in attendance within the registration and conference rooms. We will keep all registrants updated on any changes to these protocols. We also encourage everyone to follow state and CDC guidelines, and if you are not feeling well, please do not attend and potentially expose others. Finally, if at all possible, we are requesting attendees to take a rapid, at home COVID antigen test, just prior to attendance. We are all in this together, and we need to work to insure that we can all attend and enjoy the educational program in as safe a manner as possible.
