By submitting your registration, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions set forth by the cancellation policy and acknowledge that you accept said terms.
To submit your registration, first select either the Credit Card (Visa or MasterCard) or Invoice option. When selecting the invoice option, you can add a purchase order (PO) number. If you do not have a PO ready, select Submit Registration then forward the completed PO to our offices at 7 Elk Street, Albany, NY 12207.
All purchase orders must be made payable to LEAF, Inc. and all invoices must be paid prior to the event.
Registrations will be accepted with a check, purchase order, or credit card.
We are creating a safe event following all current health guidelines.
Registration Cancellation Policy
The Council and LEAF, Inc. work very hard to accommodate the volatile nature of educational leaders' schedules while keeping high-quality programs affordable. We updated our cancellation policy to align with those offered by our national organization (AASA) while ensuring sustainable, high-quality programs.
All cancellations must be mailed, faxed (518.426.2229) or e-mailed (email@example.com) to Council and LEAF offices. We regret we cannot accept telephone cancellations
Cancellation requests received four or more weeks prior will be subject to a $100 cancellation fee.
Cancellation requests received less than four weeks from the date of the program are not eligible for a refund. However, substitution or name changes will be honored for those wishing to be replaced by another representative from their school district.
It will take a minimum of six weeks to receive a refund.
The Council is committed to providing experiences and environments that are welcoming, inviting and user-friendly for all attendees where barriers of any type do not exclude people from attending or participating. We recognize that some individuals may require specific accommodations to ensure their full and equal participation in our 2022 Winter Institute. All attendee event confirmations are sent via e-mail directly from The Council’s and LEAF’s confirmation system to each e-mail address provided. This e-mail confirmation is separate from the hotel acknowledgment. If you do not receive your confirmation e-mail within 24 hours after registering, please contact Melanie Seiden, Associate Director for Membership, firstname.lastname@example.org or 518.694.4877.
Your e-mail confirmation includes the Connections Housing hotel housing link. Only registered participants will receive this this link.
Ignite Keynotes, Education Session Presenters and Sunrise Cafe Facilitators
We appreciate educational leaders and strategic partners who are interested in presenting an Ignite Session, Education Session or are a Sunrise Cafe facilitator. Those who are selected to present must be a paid Institute attendee.
Consent to Use Photographic Images and Voice Reproductions
Registration and attendance at, or participation in Council or LEAF meetings and other activities constitutes an agreement by the registrant to allow The Council or LEAF, Inc. to use and distribute (both now and in the future) the registrant or attendee’s image or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions, and audiotapes of such events and activities.
