How do I find out my Eagle Award status?

For 2021 Eagle results, please check Red Ribbon Rewards. You can also find out previous year results by speaking with your DSM or RSM.

If I am a 2019 and/or 2020 Eagle winner, how will I be recognized?

You and a guest are invited to register for an additional activity on Saturday, June 4. Please register for you and your guest on your registration form. You may review your activity options by clicking HERE.

If I am a 2021 Eagle winner, how will I be recognized?

As a 2021 Eagle winner, one hotel room for 4 nights (checking in on June 1 and checking out on June 5) will be paid for by ODC. Please book your hotel room directly with the JW Marriott and ODC will ensure your nightly room rate, resort fees and taxes are charged to us. 

Do I need to make my own hotel room reservation and by when?  What kind of room will I have?

Yes, you are responsible for making your own hotel reservation. However, the room block at the JW Marriott is now sold out. The deadline to reserve your room has passed. If you have not made your hotel room reservation, please contact our Registration Support for assistance.

If you have already booked your hotel room and have questions or changes to your existing reservation, please call the hotel directly at (239) 394-2511, Monday-Friday 10am-5pm.

If you are a 2021 Eagle Winner, please make your own hotel reservation. ODC will cover your room charges for the four nights of the meeting.

Please note that guest rooms are a mix of ocean view and tropical/pool view and are randomly assigned by the hotel. 

Cancellations made within 7 days of your hotel arrival will forfeit one night's room and tax.

How many guests can I bring?

You may bring as many guests as you like. Please be sure to register each of your guests individually, no matter their age.  The registration form will prompt you to add your guests. Only registered guests will be able to attend the group meals and functions.

Which meals will be hosted by ODC?

Breakfast and lunch is included each full day for all registered* attendees. Dinner will also be hosted for all registered* attendees each night, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday. Please review the AGENDA for a complete list of included meals.

*Please make sure that all guests and children are registered. All attendees must wear name badges for access to group meal functions.

What restaurant options are available on the resort property?

On the resort, there are several restaurant options:

  • Ario (steakhouse)
  • 10K Alley (gastro pub and gaming emporium)
  • Tesoro (Mediterranean fare; adults-only)
  • Maia (breakfast only)
  • Quinn’s (pool/beachside casual)
  • Korals Sushi
  • 400 Pazzi’s (pizza, pasta)
  • Kane (Indonesian and grill)
  • Café San Marco (light bites; coffee house)
  • Rookery Grill and Hammock Bay at the Golf Club

What is the dress code for the meetings and evening events?

The dress code for all events is Resort Casual. Men’s Resort Casual guidelines include collared golf shirts or button down shirts with dress shorts or long pants. Women’s guidelines include dresses, blouses, collared golf shirts or button down shirts with dress shorts, skirts or long pants.

Callin' all Flappers & dapper Gents! On June 2, join the Roarin' 20s Hullabaloo event dressed in your 1920's costumes. If you don't have all of the accessories and adornments in your suitcase, don't fret! We will provide an assortment of attire to add to your get-up for men, women and kids!

What will the weather be like? Are there any items I should definitely pack?

The average weather in June will have highs in the 80’s and lows in the 70’s.  Sunscreen is a must.   A hat is highly recommended for our Activity Day, where many excursions are outdoors. Rain is possible, with afternoon showers more likely.

I need to change information regarding my registration. Who do I contact?

Your emailed registration confirmation has a link to edit your registration information.  Please note than any changes after March 31 must be made by emailing support@nrdm100.com.

Can I extend my trip by arriving before the ODC National Ribbon Distributor Meeting begins? Can I extend by staying after the meeting ends?

You are responsible for making your own hotel reservation. If you want to stay at the hotel before or after the meeting click HERE for the specially negotiated ODC rates. 

A limited number of rooms pre/post the NRDM are available through this reservations link.  Otherwise, call the JW Marriott reservations line to check the hotel’s availability, at (239) 394-2511, Monday-Friday 10am-5pm. Advise the reservations agent that you are with the ODC group.  The possibility of staying at the hotel outside of the meeting dates will be based on the hotel’s availability at the time that you contact them.

How long is the drive from the airport to the JW Marriott Resort? Is transportation provided?

The drive is approximately 50 minutes from the Southwest Florida International Airport (RSW) in Ft Myers, FL to the JW Marriott.  ODC offers an airport shuttle on Wednesday, June 1, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, every 30 minutes.  We will have staff with ODC Ribbon signs in the airport to direct you to the shuttle.  A reservation is not necessary, but we would appreciate your providing your flight information when requested during registration to assist with our planning.  We will also offer a return shuttle to the airport on Sunday, June 5, 4:00 AM – 1:00 PM, departing every hour on the hour.  Again, please provide your flight information when you register.

Do I need to arrive in Marco Island by a certain time on June 1?

The Welcome Reception begins at 6:00 PM and we hope you can arrive by then to join us!  Our Product Display and Company Store open at 11:00 AM.  So come on, y’all!

Do I need to depart after a certain time on June 5?

If it works for your schedule, join us for brunch from 8:30 – 10:30 AM. There are no other activities or meetings scheduled for this day, so you can leave when it is convenient for you. Our airport shuttle will run from 4:00 AM – 1:00 PM, departing every hour on the hour.

What do I do if my flight is delayed and I land after the complimentary airport shuttle has stopped running?

Uber/Lyft or taxi service is available from the Southwest Florida International Airport. The estimated taxi fare from the airport to the resort starts at $90.00.

I would prefer to rent a car instead of taking the complimentary airport shuttle. What are the costs associated with parking at the resort?

Self-Parking is $25.00 daily and valet parking is $30.00 daily.

What education sessions are being offered?

In addition to enriching daily keynote speakers breakout sessions will be offered to enchance your educational experience. Distributors will be be assigned to three concurrent sessions on Thursday, June 2, 2022. 


Breakout Session Topics are:

  • Ribbon Best Practices: Interactive session breaking Ribbon distributors into small groups, sharing best practices in your business
  • New Tools in Sales and Communication: Sales training that will work hand-in-hand with Verne Harnish's Scaling Up message
  • Marketing in 2022: How the market and consumers have reacted to the last two years and how to meet their needs

Who will be the entertainment this year?

Wouldn’t you like to know?! Your guess is as good as mine, but rest assured you will be entertained.

What activities are available at the JW Marriott Resort?

The resort offers one of the largest beaches in Florida, where you can kayak, sail, jet-ski or simply play in the sand! Some fees apply. All guest rooms include a beach umbrella and chairs complimentary. At the Marriott you’ll find a complete spa, health and wellness classes, fitness center, beach volleyball, two swimming pools, to include water slides in the family pool. The resort golf club is just a short drive away, where you’ll enjoy a complimentary practice range. ODC will have a designated hospitality area at both swimming pools and on the beach! 10K Alley is filled with your favorite video games, bowling, and more! 

How do I make a spa appointment at the JW Marriott?

ODC will offer spa appointments on our hosted Activity Day. On your own, you may want to book a spa appointment. You can call the spa directly to make an appointment, (239) 642-2686.

Where can I go shopping?

ODC will offer an art + shopping excursion as an option on our hosted Activity Day, Friday, June 3.  On your own, you may want to visit Old Naples and Fifth Avenue, where you’ll find quaint and trendy restaurants, and eclectic and specialty boutiques in a pedestrian-friendly area.  

Are there any expected COVID-19 Protocols?

There are no COVID-19 vaccine, quarantine or testing requirements to participate in the National Ribbon Distributor Meeting.

At this time, the JW Marriott does ask that all non-vaccinated guests wear a mask indoors.  They request social distancing in the elevators. The hotel has a complete clean verification program and has implemented new standards for hygiene and cleaning.

For those individuals concerned about social distancing indoors, a limited number of seats in the education and general sessions will be set to accommodate that preference. Additionally, a COVID-19 waiver will be required during the registration process for the National Ribbon Distributor Meeting.
