Nicole williamson, director, ecp limited. 

Nicole is a Psychology graduate with QTS (PGCE) and a Level 6 qualification in Leadership and Management. Nicole has spent most of her professional career in management of children and young people’s services within Local Authorities and the voluntary sector.


With this wealth of experience, Nicole moved into a Head of Training role where she led teams of trainers delivering Apprenticeships in Youth Work and Playwork, Diplomas and Core Skills programmes for professionals working with children and young people as well as young people training and intervention programmes including youth work, group work, dance, sports and leadership.
Nicole’s specialisms are Safeguarding, Leadership and Management. Nicole has represented and delivered training for the Local Safeguarding Children’s Boards nationally and undertaken the role of Designated Safeguarding Lead in each of her managerial positions throughout her career.


In addition, Nicole has developed and implemented Audit, Policy Development and Safer Staffing procedures, supporting organisations to ensure the highest standards of protecting children are reached.


Nicole has also been a counsellor for Childline and developed Safeguarding programmes which she delivered to teaching staff in The Gambia for a period of 3 years.
