Community Impact Scholarship - $10,000 (Four Available)
Transform the lives of several attendees by providing access to crucial information delivered at SHSA 2022. Following an application process, scholarships are awarded to HS patients/caregivers or medical students/residents who are interested in treating HS, and who are otherwise financially unable to attend.

Sponsored Symposium—$10,000 (Two Available—Platinum & Gold Sponsors Only) SOLD OUT
These two non-CME workshops provide an opportunity for our top sponsors to showcase the latest therapies and innovations in HS. All faculty and participants will have access to symposium.

Advisory Board—$10,000 (Two Available—Platinum & Gold Sponsors Only) SOLD OUT
SHSA is offering Platinum and Gold level sponsors access to its faculty and attendees in order to host a “advisory board”. SHSA will facilitate invitation on behalf of sponsor to registration  list. Advisory board meetings will be schedule in two-hour slots.

Lanyards—$10,000
Given to every attendee upon arrival and worn throughout the meeting, lanyards contain name badges and meeting schedules. Every meeting attendee is recognized on-site by wearing this co-branded item.

Mobile App—$10,000
The SHSA 2022 mobile app contains each attendee’s personalized schedules, meeting space maps, and other helpful information to provide the attendee with a great experience. It also acts as a social media platform and provides attendees with real-time announcements before, during, and post-meeting. Sponsor will receive their logo on the splash page, three push notifications, and a dedicated page within the app.

Hotel Key Cards—$10,000
Once a meeting attendee checks into their room at the Intercontinental Miami hotel, they will receive their cobranded key card with sponsor, HSF, CHSF, and SHSA logos included. Recognition may include logo recognition on every hotel key card.

Coffee Break—$5,000 (Four Available)
Help attendees refuel throughout the day by offering a quick pick-me-up with a cup of Joe or a sweet treat!

Charging Stations—$5,000 (Two Available)
Attendee’s love to stay connected at SHSA 2022 but can’t do so without power for their devices! Receive company recognition at charging stations available throughout the meeting space.

Hotel Door Drops*—$1,500
Provide attendees with a fun surprise directly in their hotel room. Door drops are limited to one per sponsor.

Welcome Bag Swag*—$750
Introduce attendees to your company the moment they check into the hotel by including pre-made logoed items in the attendee welcome bag. Bonus points if the items are something helpful for them during their stay. (i.e., sunscreen, portable charger, face mask, hand sanitizer, notepad etc.)

* All items must be provided by sponsor and pre-approved by HSF. Fliers, literature, or any other paper document will not be accepted. Shipping information will be provided by HSF.
