Vaccination Requirement for Attendees

Attendance at President’s Club is voluntary for FIS colleagues who have received an invitation to this event.  All attendees at this event – FIS employees and their guests – must be fully vaccinated in order to attend in person.

All employees who are based outside of the United States will be required to complete an online attestation form BEFORE traveling to the event in Riviera Mexico. 

  • U.S. employees were required to provide proof of their vaccination status by December 31, 2021, by uploading an image of their vaccination card in Workday. 
  • Winners’ guests will also be required to complete an online attestation form in order to attend the event. 

The attestation is in addition to the pre-travel, upon arrival and post-travel obligations that may be required in the country of departure or in any jurisdictions in which you may have a layover at the time of travel.  As of January 14, 2022, there are no requirements relating to proof of vaccination status, or pre- or post-arrival testing in effect in Mexico; however, these requirements may change as the date of departure for President’s Club draws closer.  If these requirements change, we will update you prior to your departure date.
