What is and what is not included in this program?
The following items are included on the main program dates of March 2 – 6, 2022:
Should you choose to travel outside of the main program dates, all applicable costs such as airport transportation and guest accommodations are considered a personal expense.
All items of a personal nature, such as checked luggage fees, gift shop purchases, laundry, etc., are not included.
Are children or additional guests permitted to attend at my own expense?
Children under the age of 21 and/or additional guests are not permitted to attend. We cannot be liable for minors or more than one guest per President’s Club winner.
What if I need to make a change to my registration after I’ve submitted it?

Why are my full legal name and date of birth required for registration?
An Air Travel Consultant will be booking your flights, and your name and date of birth are required to submit to the airline. When completing your registration, please be sure to submit full legal names exactly as they appear on your passports to avoid being denied boarding.
What are the identification requirements?
A passport (valid for at least six months after travel dates or you may be denied boarding by the airlines) is REQUIRED for travel to and from Mexico.
If you do not have a passport or need to renew your passport: Rules and application forms will vary, depending on whether you are applying for a passport for the first time or if you need to renew your passport. For comprehensive information on obtaining or renewing a passport, please visit your official government website.
Non-U.S. citizens traveling from or through the U.S.:Visas may be required for non-US citizens. Please contact your nearest consulate for further information on travel requirements specific to your home country.
What is the Visa Waiver Program (VWP) and the Electronic System for Travel Authorization (ESTA) for non-U.S. citizens?
The Visa Waiver Program (VWP) is administered by the U.S. Department of Homeland Security and allows eligible citizens or nationals of designated countries to travel through the United States for tourism or business for stays of 90 days or less without first obtaining a visa. The Electronic System for Travel Authorization (ESTA) is an automated system that assists in determining eligibility to travel to the United States under the Visa Waiver Program. Although you may be originating from a non-ESTA country, this visa is still required if your passport has been issued from an ESTA country. If your flights connect via the United States en route to or from Mexico, an ESTA visa is required if you are a passport holder from a participating ESTA country.
The online application process is simple and inexpensive. Although there are several websites that can process your application, the U.S. Customs and Border Protection website this is the only official, and most cost-effective, site for application. https://esta.cbp.dhs.gov/esta/

Am I guaranteed my first choice of airport and/or airline? If not, why do I have to fly from a particular airport or on a particular airline?
In accordance with the Global Travel Policy, every effort will be made to accommodate your preferred airline, airport, and special requests, but availability or timeliness of flight schedules cannot always be guaranteed. The Air Travel Consultants strive to book the most convenient and cost-effective flights; however sometimes connections are unavoidable. If you are extending your stay, any additional costs will be verified with you prior to booking. Please note that any costs quoted are not guaranteed until the ticket is issued.
When will I receive my flight itinerary and tickets?
After completing your registration, an Air Travel Consultant will contact you with a recommended itinerary within five business days for your approval. Your approval of the itinerary is required within 24 hours of the itinerary being sent to be ticketed. If you do not approve your itinerary, your agent will attempt to contact you via automated email a maximum of six times. If you have not responded after six attempts, your ticket will be automatically issued.

What is the name and code of the airport I will be flying to?
You will be flying to Cancun International Airport. The airport code is CUN.
How much luggage may I bring?
Checked Luggage: Airlines charge fees for checked luggage. Charges will vary depending on your airline. Therefore, please check your airline’s website for detailed information and associated costs once you have received your flight itinerary. FIS permits travelers to purchase one checked bag when traveling on an airline that does not include checked luggage free of charge.
Checked Luggage Size and Weight: Every airline has its own luggage size and weight rules, but in general combined dimensions of “width + height + depth” should not exceed 62 inches/1,575 millimeters per piece and cannot exceed 50 pounds/22.7 kilograms. You may incur personal charges if your luggage exceeds the airline’s maximum weight and size limits.
Carry-on: Generally, each passenger is permitted one personal item that fits under the seat (handbag, laptop, etc.), and one bag which must be small enough to fit in the overhead compartment. Baggage may not exceed 45 inches/1,143 millimeters in combined length, width, and height, including any handles and wheels.
Where should I check my luggage?
You should check luggage from your home airport to Cancun, Mexico. The claim checks you receive will read CUN.
Where should I pack my prescriptions and over-the-counter medications?
Pack any prescription medications in your carry‑on bag. Checked luggage can get delayed, usually temporarily, but sometimes temporarily is too long to go without a prescription. Medications are allowed in reasonable quantities exceeding three ounces/85 milliliters. These items must be presented for inspection at the security checkpoint
What clothing should I bring?
Resort wear- it’s sunny and warm in Mexico but the evenings may get cool, so it is recommended to bring a light sweater or jacket. For a more comprehensive list of items to pack, please refer to the Attire Guidelines.
Should I bring credit cards?
You’ll need a valid major credit card such as Visa, MasterCard, or American Express at check-in to open an incidental account, allowing you full access to the resort’s facilities, and the ability to post charges to your room account. Avoid using a debit card, as a hold will be placed on funds which is often inconvenient. Please do not present a corporate card, as personal incidental expenses will not be reimbursed.
Is insurance included?
Insurance is included under the FIS Business Travel Accident Insurance. You can find out more details about business travel insurance coverage by visiting the FIS SharePoint/Workplace Services/Travel/Business Travel Insurance. You must be connected to the FIS network to access this information.
When should I arrive at the airport to check-in for my flight?
When traveling internationally, it is recommended to arrive at the airport three hours prior to your scheduled departure time.

How do I get from the airport to the resort?
There will be plenty of of President’s Club Event Staff at Cancun International Airport to assist you when you arrive on the main program arrival date, Wednesday, March 2. They will be holding FIS signs once you exit the airport, after you clear Customs. Please be sure to exit the airport completely until you are outside. This is where FIS transportation staff is permitted to greet you.
What is the distance from the airport to the resort?
Xcaret Arte is about 60 minutes (40 miles/65 kilometers) from the Airport.
What is the room rate to extend my stay at Xcaret Arte?
The room rate is $640 USD based on double-occupancy / $480 USD based on single-occupancy, inclusive of applicable taxes per night, to extend prior to or following the main program dates of March 2 – 6, 2022. Rooms and preferred rates are subject to availability at the time of the request.
Are transfers provided if I choose to extend my stay in Riviera, Maya?
Transportation is provided on the main arrival and departure days only, March 2 and March 6.
What is the recommended mode of transportation, should I choose to extend my stay?
Your room rate includes complimentary roundtrip transportation from the airport via a shared shuttle. The shuttle runs every 30 minutes from 6:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m. and every 60 minutes from 9:00 p.m. – 6:00 a.m. Reservations are required and can be made by emailing the guest service department at dxguestservice@hotelxcaret.com.
If you plan to travel to a resort other than Xcaret Arte, ground transportation needs to be pre-arranged. There are no taxi lines outside of the Cancun airport. The best way to do this is via the airport website, where you can calculate and compare rates for various types of service. What are the check-in and check-out times at the resort?
Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. Check-out time is 12:00 p.m.
What if my room is not ready when I arrive?
Every effort has been made to expedite your check-in to ensure your room is ready, however check-in time is 3:00 p.m. We recommend keeping your beachwear handy so you can immediately begin enjoying the resort’s facilities.
What if I have special physical or dietary needs?
You can advise us of any special needs you may have in the “Additional Comments or Requests” box on the Personal Information page of your registration. Should your physical or dietary needs change, please email travelspecialist@nxlperformance.com.
What are the bed types in the guest rooms?
The resort has an assortment of king, queen, and double/double beds. We will do our best to accommodate your preference.
Does the resort have a spa and fitness center?
Yes. Muluk Spa is open 9:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. daily. The fitness center is open 24 hours daily.
How do I book my visit to the parks?
Private, complimentary transportation to and from a selection of parks will be provided Thursday, March 3 – Saturday, March 5. Xel-Ha, Xavage, Xenses and the Xenotes tour require reservations. Your hotel confirmation number is required to secure these arrangements. This information will be provided via email the week of February 21, 2022. You can also make reservations with the concierge once you arrive onsite.
What will the weather be like?
With history as a guide, beautiful! It’s warm in Mexico in March. High temperatures can range from the low 80s, with evening lows reaching down to about 70 degrees. For up-to-the-minute weather information, please refer to your favorite weather app or website.
What is the currency in Riviera Maya, Mexico?
Although the currency is the Mexican peso, the U.S. Dollar is widely accepted, so there is no need to exchange money if coming from the U.S. Don't forget that small denominations are easier for merchants to accept. Please refer to your favorite currency app or website for daily exchange rates. While airport exchange centers are convenient, they charge a service fee, and the rate tends to be 7 – 15% less than your local bank. Local banks usually offer the best rates.
Will my cell phone work in Riviera Maya, Mexico?
Many cell phone providers offer service in Riviera Maya. You may need to adjust your calling plan accordingly. Be sure to check with your provider for details before you leave.
