Attire Guidelines

In March, expect an average daytime high of 84 and an evening low in the 70s, so you’ll want to bring summer clothing, as well as a cover-up and/or sweater for evening fiestas.

Daytime Attire:

Casual and comfortable are key.

  • Shorts, t-shirts, lightweight tops or sundresses, and sandals are just fine.

  • Shoes – If you’re planning on sightseeing, throw in a pair of walking shoes, sneakers, or sturdy sandals.
  • Water shoes are recommended for parks, particularly Xcaret, Xenses, Xplor, Xavage, and Xenotes.

Beach, Pool, and Water Activities:

  • Swimwear, sunglasses, and hat.
  • A cover-up is suggested when walking through public spaces and nice to have when you’ve had too much sun.

Golf Attire:

  • Bermuda-length shorts or khakis with collared shirt. No jeans.
  • Sneakers and soft spike golf shoes are allowed.

Evening Attire - Resort Casual:
Comfortable and casual. Shorts are welcome. A light jacket or sweater and comfortable shoes are recommended for outdoor events.

Due to the ongoing COVID-19 situation, we ask that you bring face coverings as the resort currently mandates that masks be worn both indoors and outdoors.
