Uber Service to Resort

Uber Ride Sharing Service is available at both the DFW International Airport and the Dallas Love Field Airport. Once you are ready to depart the airport, request your Uber ride using the Uber app. Follow the signs in the airport to a designated Uber pick-up location where your driver will meet you for your transfer.

Lyft Service to Resort

Lyft Ride Sharing Service is available at both the DFW International Airport and the Dallas Love Field Airport. Once you are ready to depart the airport, request your Lyft ride using the Lyft app. Follow the signs in the airport to a designated Lyft pick-up location where your driver will meet you for your transfer.

Rental Cars - DFW International Airport

Rental cars are available at the DFW Rental Car Center, located outside of the airport and accessible by the Rental Car Center Shuttle. To locate the shuttle, after collecting your baggage, follow the Rental Car signs to the designated pick-up area on the lower level of the terminal. Shuttles run 24 hours a day, depart every 10 - 15 minutes, and reach the Rental Car Center in approximately 10 minutes. Please visit the DFW Rental Cars website for more information.

Rental Cars - Dallas Love Field Airport

Numerous rental car companies operate at Dallas Love Field. Each has a counter located in the hallway leading to baggage claim, as well as shuttles that pick up and drop off customers on the transportation lower level. Please visit the Dallas Love Field Rental Cars website for more information.

Driving Directions to the Gaylord Texan Resort & Convention Center

From DFW International Airport 

Head south on International Parkway, take the exit on the left to stay on International Parkway, take the exit toward Bass Pro Drive, use the left lane to keep left at the fork and follow signs for Texas 121 N/FM2499, turn left onto Bass Pro Drive, use the left two lanes to turn left onto TX-26 S. Follow Gaylord Trail to the resort. 

From Dallas Love Field Airport 

Get on TX-183 W from W Mockingbird Lane, head north on Herb Kelleher Way, turn left onto Contrail Lane, turn left onto Herb Kelleher Way, turn right onto W Mockingbird Lane, turn right onto John W. Carpenter Freeway, take the ramp on the left onto TX-183 W. Merge onto TX-183 W, keep right at the fork to continue on TX-114 W, take exit Texan Trail 26 to merge onto E State Highway 114.  Turn right onto Texan Trail then turn right onto TX-26 N, turn left onto Gaylord Trail, and follow until you reach the resort.
