Welcome to the 2022 Chamberlain Sales Meeting Registration and Information Center

We’re looking forward to seeing you at our 2022 Chamberlain Sales Meeting in Tucson—our first big sales meeting in two years!

We know you’re Up For The Challenge, so please join us Monday, January 31, 2022 through mid-day Thursday, February 3, 2022 at the JW Marriott Tucson Starr Pass Resort & Spa.  Our 3-1/2 days will include education, activities, a product expo, tours of our Technical Service Center and Distribution Center, an Awards dinner, and an optional Thursday afternoon trip to our manufacturing plant in Nogales, Mexico.  Our executive team will share insights into our company strategies, discuss plans for the upcoming year, and provide important information to support you in your sales efforts.  It’s a great opportunity to meet executive leaders, product managers and others you may not have met before, as well as get to know your fellow Sales team members.  We can’t wait to see you there!

 

Event Details


When

  • The conference begins Monday morning, January 31 and ends mid-day Thursday, February 3 with optional Thursday afternoon trip to our manufacturing plant in Nogales, Mexico.

Ground Transportation

  • Ground transportation arrangements will be made on your behalf based on your flight times and communicated to you.
  • On-site parking is available.

Travel

  • When scheduling your flights, plan on arriving Sunday, January 30 or in time to attend the start of the meeting at 8:15am on Monday, January 31.
  • If you are a presenter or working at the Product Expo, you must arrive by Sunday, January 30 at 1pm.
  • Tucson International Airport (TUS) is the closest airport, about 12 miles from the resort.
  • Please submit your flight itineraries to this website in the Registration section no later than December 10, 2021.

Dress Code

  • Jeans, golf shorts, dress shorts, capri pants (remember no ripped jeans)
  • Collared shirts – including polo or golf shirts (required for men)
  • Dress shirts and blouses
  • Skirts & sundresses (of appropriate length)
  • Awards Dinner:  requires collared dress shirt and nice slacks for men and dress or dress slacks for women
  • Outdoor Team-Building Activity:  Tennis shoes and comfortable clothing

Dress in layers and bring a jacket or light sweater. We try to regulate the temperature, however, you should be prepared!

Meals

  • Sunday:  Buffet dinner will be provided based on arrivals.  If you arrive late in the evening, room service is available 24 hours.
  • Monday – Wednesday:  breakfast, lunch and dinner are pre-arranged
  • Thursday:  Breakfast and lunch

Please follow standard guidelines for employee meals for your travel days on Sunday and Thursday/Friday.

COVID PROTOCOLS

We highly encourage you to be vaccinated before traveling to the Sales Meeting (at this time, non-vaccinated employees are required to obtain special exception for travel).
