Delegate Profile Surgeons of all career levels, open to both ASGBI members and non-members. Typically, evenly attended by Trainee and Consultant surgeons based in the UK and Ireland. All the main subspeciality interests are represented, the most prominent interests being general, colorectal, upper GI and hepatobiliary.

The ASGBI Congress offers a one-stop-shop for all specialities of general surgery in the UK and Ireland, all levels of surgeon are represented including senior figures who are driving education and trainees passionate about learning and improvements in surgical care.

Exhibition

The exhibition will be held in conjunction with the Congress and will be open from Tuesday 3rd May (lunchtime) to Thursday 5th May inclusive. The exhibition, scientific poster sessions and catering will all be located within Exhibition Centre Hall A of the ACC Liverpool; this will form the hub of the Congress and will provide an excellent opportunity for delegates to interact with industry partners and to familiarise themselves with the latest advances in products and services.

Exhibition Fees

Early Booking Rate (valid until 30th November 2021) £350.00 + VAT per sqm
Standard Rate (valid from 1st December 2021 onwards) £395.00 + VAT per sqm

The stand fee is inclusive of the following exhibitor services on-site:

  • Choice of Shell Scheme Package (Option 1 or 2)
  • Exhibition stand personnel badges as per allocation
  • Complimentary tea, coffee, and lunch for stand personnel

Bookings / Payments

To make a booking please click HERE to complete an Application and Contract, terms and conditions can be viewed HERE. For bookings made before the early rate deadline of 30th November 2021, a deposit payment of 60% of total fees is due and the remaining 40% of fees will be invoiced in December. For bookings on or after 1st December 2021, 100% of total fees will be due for payment. Invoices must be settled within 30 days of receipt. Non-payment of fees will result in stands / sponsorship packages being released.
