The conference will be hosted at the Kentucky International Convention Center (KICC), located at 221 S. 4th St., Louisville, KY 40202. The center is ADA compliant, but accessibility is not assured without prior arrangements.

Driving to Louisville
Louisville is within a day’s drive of more than half of the U.S. population — visit Louisville Tourism to plan your road trip today! Once you’ve arrived, parking is available at the KICC with daily rates ranging from $2 to $10, and at both the Marriott and Hilton downtown, with daily rates from $19 to $37.
Airport
The Louisville Muhammad Ali International Airport (SDF) is approximately seven miles from downtown Louisville. WERC has negotiated flight discounts with both American and United airlines.
Airport Transportation
Taxi and ride share services are available at the airport. Z Trip is Louisville’s largest taxi company, and you can request and pay for a taxi through their Z Trip app. Uber and Lyft also service the Louisville airport. A one-way trip from the airport to downtown Louisville will cost roughly $20.

Weather
In early May, Louisville sees average high temperatures in the mid-70s with overnight lows in the low-50s (Fahrenheit). Weather in Louisville can be humid at this time of year, with a chance of spring showers. Meeting rooms are air conditioned, and we recommend light, layered clothing, including a sweater or jacket.
