Meeting Safely

The safety of those participating in WERC events is our highest priority. As we continue making plans to welcome you at the WERC 2022 Annual Conference, we want to assure you that we are taking appropriate steps to ensure a safe meeting environment for all participants including attendees, speakers, staff, and venue personnel.

The state of Kentucky currently has no restrictions on the size of in-person gatherings. The latest status on mask mandates and other directives from the State of Kentucky can be found in WERC’s Duty of Care Plan below.

WERC’s Duty of Care Plan

We are working closely with the venue to implement health, cleaning and safety processes and procedures in relation to all meeting rooms and other areas of the venue where in-person interactions will take place. Read WERC’s Duty of Care plan.

Venue and Accommodations

Kentucky International Convention Center, host venue for the WERC 2022 Annual Conference has implemented health and safety guidelines. The Louisville Marriott Downtown and the Seelbach Hilton both have increased health and safety protocols in place, as well.

Travel & Transportation
