Presenting at EDGE is an opportunity for you to educate and engage an audience of nearly 3,000 supply chain professionals from over 30 countries and industries. There are a total of 120 sessions delivered at EDGE every year to an attendee base comprised of 60-70% decision makers. 30-40% are new to EDGE every year.
Each submission is reviewed and evaluated by the EDGE Conference Committee. Committee members are looking for sessions that address current issues and trends with relevant data, experience, and application in addition to customers who can support the objective. Sessions that meet all guidelines and criteria are more likely to be selected.
After Committee reviews are completed, our volunteer Track Chairs will review and consider all approved proposals for selection into their assigned track. No submission proposal is ever guaranteed. Sessions that are not selected will be considered for other opportunities either within EDGE or CSCMP’s global roundtables.
Session proposals must align with one or more of the tracks listed below.
Submission Guidelines
Complete the submission form in its entirety for consideration.
Third party submissions such as sales/marketing agencies or individuals submitting on behalf of someone else are not accepted. CSCMP must have full disclosure and interaction with the speakers without agency/third-person intervention.
The individual submitting the session proposal must be a CSCMP member for the proposal to be considered.
All presenters must be confirmed and listed in the submission and their name, title, company and email address must be entered.
Sales pitches or selling of one’s company or services will not be considered.
All tracks (listed below) will be presented in-person only. By submitting your session proposal, you agree to present in person.
Submissions are required to be educational and application-based (case studies, data, and research/white papers) to offer the most value to our attendees.
Service providers, consultants and/or academics may not present alone. At least one customer (retailer/manufacturer/shipper) must actively participate in the session.
Companies may not present more than once across tracks and can only present once within a given track.
If your session is selected, each presenter must register to attend the conference. ($900 discount is provided to all approved and confirmed speakers).
