CSCMP offers event and restaurant spaces for affiliate use at the Gaylord Opryland Resort & Convention Center. These are available for companies and groups to use during EDGE 2022 for meetings, events and receptions. All event space requests must be submitted to CSCMP utilizing the form link below. Please do not contact Gaylord Opryland Catering or Restaurants directly, as they will not assist you until CSCMP has approved the request. To reserve space, your organization must meet one of the following requirements prior to submitting the request:
- Be a paid exhibitor in the EDGE 2022 Supply Chain Exchange
- Have secured a sponsorship for EDGE 2022
- Be a Corporate Member
- Have three (3) or more attendees from your organization registered for EDGE 2022
Requests will be processed in order of receipt. The deadline to request event space is May 6, 2022. Space confirmations will be sent on June 17, 2022, via email. The email will give you the room name, hotel contact information and will include a link for payment to CSCMP. All costs associated with the event such as food and beverage or audio-visual, are the sole responsibility of the organization requesting space.
Please note the requesting organization will be charged a flat fee of $500. Your space confirmation email will include a link to the credit card payment authorization form. The authorization form must be completed and payment received on or by July 1, 2022, or the space will be released.

Space Available
CSCMP has limited space available for affiliate use. If you are interested in specific space, at the Gaylord Opryland, please add this information in the "Comments" section.
Requesting Event Space
Once you have determined the events to be organized, complete and submit the Online Request Form. Submit one form for each event by selecting the “Submit” button.
When requesting meeting space, please complete all areas of the form to receive the best available space. Please add information in the comment section if you have an elaborate function that requires additional set-up or dismantle time. If you have any difficulties completing the online form, please email CSCMP’s Meeting Services Department at Meetings@cscmp.org.
Once submitted, you will receive a confirmation email with the summary of your requested event. Please check your spam/junk folder if you did not receive this prior to contacting Meetings at CSCMP.
