Scholarships

Need help paying for your registration or other PHA 2022-related costs? Learn more about scholarships and eligibility requirements below.

Remember: Apply for a scholarship before you register for PHA 2022. If you submitted an application, don’t register until you’ve heard back from the Scholarship Committee. To qualify for a scholarship, your PHA membership must be paid through June 12, 2022. Renew your membership or become a PHA member.

 

Scholarship Type Requirements Award May Include:
U.S. Adult Paid member of PHA through June 12, 2022.
PH patient (may request registration for caregiver).
At least 18 years old.
Never received a scholarship before.
Financial need.
U.S. resident.

Patient registration.

Caregiver registration.

Hotel (two nights).

Some travel.
U.S. Pediatric (may be completed by parent or guardian on behalf of a patient)

Paid member of PHA through June 12, 2022.
PH patient (parent or guardian registration included).
Under 18 years old.
Financial need.
U.S. resident.

 Patient registration.
Caregiver registration.
Hotel (two nights).
Some travel.
International (Priority goes to non-U.S. association leaders)

Paid member of PHA through June 12, 2022.
PH patient or leader of PH association outside the U.S.
Never received a scholarship before (doesn't apply to association leaders).
Financial need.
Non-U.S. resident.

Patient registration.

Caregiver registration.

Hotel (two nights).

Some travel.
Stipend

Paid member of PHA through June 12, 2022.
Active PHA support group leader and/or PHA PHriend.
