Flight & Transportation Information

Airfare is not included in the program and is considered a personal expense. When booking your flights, your destination airport should be Cancun International Airport. The airport code is CUN.

Flights should arrive by 4:00 p.m. on Monday, January 17 and may depart anytime on Friday, January 21. You will be required to enter your flight information on the registration form so we may arrange airport transfers.

GSI will be providing round-trip transfers for all participants between the airport and Hotel Xcaret Mexico, based on the flight information you provided in your registration. On your arrival date, there will be plenty of staff at the Cancun International Airport to assist you. They will be holding GSI signs once you exit the airport, after you clear Customs. On your departure day, there will be dedicated GSI transportation from Hotel Xcaret Mexico to the Cancun airport.

If you plan to extend your stay at a resort other than Hotel Xcaret Mexico, you must pre-arrange your own ground transportation. There are no taxi lines outside of the Cancun airport. The best way to do this is via the airport website, where you can calculate and compare rates for various types of service. For airport-to-resort transportation, you are highly encouraged to make your arrangements prior to arrival in Cancun. Please visit www.cancunairport.com/transportation.html for more information.
