Despite supply chain disruptions in 2021, the GSI strategy is still the same. Hans Lehmann will share what GSI is working on, the progress being made, the role GSI lays in AGCO’s overall growth strategy and why we will be stronger in the end.

Leveraging Insights to Jointly Drive Customer Experience

Jil Fitzner and Roger Price will share how GSI is committed to support your marketing and sales activities and create a joint path of increased collaboration and growth. They will introduce two initiatives – customer segmentation and Net Promoter Score – designed to facilitate a targeted customer approach and boost customer satisfaction.

Operation X-Ray: 2021 Wins and Work to be Done

Carrie Ward and David Nash will provide an update on the Operation X-Ray Initiative, addressing the 2021 accomplishments – team alignment and system upgrades – and outlining our 2022 priorities. There’s work to be done and we’re making progress.

What We’re Working On: An Update on R&D Activities

Whether close to launch or just entering the research and development pipeline, GSI is looking to stay on the cutting edge of technology. Alan Lockwood and Christoph Zecha will share information about PureFlow, the next generation grain dryer to meet changing market demands; and GSI Connect, a new platform for monitoring and managing your grain, from harvest to sale, to help customer take control of their grain management.

Core Product Line Investments

Grain bins, dryer and material handling equipment are our core products, and GSI continues to invest and enhance these products lines. Mat Tallman and Greg Trame will provide a deep dive into the EVO 50 grain bin and how to position it against the competition. In addition, we will delve into the GSI Select and Select IS conveyor product portfolio and provide a demo of the new configurator tool.
