Each 2021 speaker and moderator has been provided with a complimentary conference registration. An email will be sent, at the time registration opens, to each speaker and moderator, with instructions for submitting the complimentary conference registration. We will provide a full refund if you request a cancellation in writing to occhevents@occh.org by Wednesday, November 24, 2021. Refunds will not be issued for no-shows.
