2021 Virtual Ohio Housing Conference Frequently Asked Questions

 

Q. How will I access the conference?

 

A confirmed registration is required to access the conference virtual lobby, which will open on Monday, November 29, 2021. Login attempts prior to that date, or without a confirmed registration, will produce an error message. This lobby will close on January 31, 2022, at 11:59pm.

Q. What if I experience technical issues?

 

Please email occhevents@occh.org to request assistance, including as much information as you can about the problem you have encountered.

 

 

Q. When will registration open?

 

Registration opens in October 2021.

 

 

Q. Who should attend?

 

Developers, property managers, investors, syndicators, architects, real estate professionals, lenders, accountants, attorneys, government officials, nonprofit organizations—anyone who is passionate about affordable housing and eager to shape the future of the industry.

 

 

Q. What does the registration fee include?

 

The registration fee includes all conference and pre-conference sessions, a networking reception, and on-demand access to all session recordings, PowerPoints and handouts for 60 days following the conference. This lobby will close on January 31, 2022, at 11:59pm.

 

 

Q. Does the conference offer group discounts?

 

No, the conference does not offer group discounts.

 

 

Q. What should I do if I haven't received a registration confirmation?

 

Please contact occhevents@occh.org for assistance.

 

 

Q. Will speakers receive a discounted rate?

 

Each 2021 speaker and moderator has been provided with a complimentary conference registration. An email will be sent, at the time registration opens, to each speaker and moderator, with instructions for submitting the complimentary conference registration. For questions or assistance, please contact occhevents@occh.org.

 

 

Q. What is your refund and cancellation policy?

 

We will provide a full refund if you request a cancellation in writing to occhevents@occh.org by Wednesday, November 24, 2021. Refunds will not be issued for no-shows.

 

 

Q. Will I be able to access the conference website and the conference virtual lobby on my mobile device?

 

Yes, the conference website and the conference virtual lobby are fully accessible on PCs, laptops, tablets and smartphones.

 

 

Q. Who should I contact with disability accommodation requests?

 

If you need a disability-related accommodation, please contact occhevents@occh.org.

 

 

Q. Will conference attendees receive handouts for each session?

 

All available presentations and handouts will be uploaded to the conference virtual lobby prior to the conference. You may print these materials, or view them on your PC, laptop, tablet or smartphone.
