Promo Payouts Information

You have several options for receipt of your show discounts at PremierClub in Las Vegas. Actual dates of promotions related to the 2022 PremierClub Buying Show will be released by February 1, 2022.

Promotional & Buying Show Rebates

As in 2021, we will offer low-contact or contactless payment options in lieu of cash for your promotional payouts related to the 2022 Buying Show related promotions. We will not have a “bank” at PremierClub, but a Promo Payouts Help Desk will be staffed on-site to answer any questions you may have at the show regarding the payouts.

During online registration, you will have the opportunity to choose your preferred payout method for the 2022 PremierClub VIP Trip in Las Vegas.

The payment options offered are:

  1. Check – receive a check from PrimeSource in the amount of your promotional discounts after the 2022 Buying Show promotional window closes.
  2. Credit Memo – take your promotional discounts and use them as a credit on your next payment after the 2022 Buying Show promotional window closes.
  3. Face of Invoice – promotional discount amounts will be deducted from the invoice.
  4. Zelle – receive automatic deposits directly to your personal bank account (no commercial accounts allowed) using this safe & secure method.
  5. Bank of America Prepaid Debit Card – receive cards that may be used just like any other debit card. Funds will be loaded to each card, and you will be able to use these cards directly for purchases or to withdraw cash from an ATM machine. Please note, PO boxes and territories outside US are unable to elect this option.

If you choose the Zelle option:

  • Promotional funds for orders placed between February 7 and February 18, 2022, (considered pre-show orders) will be available in your account by close of business on February 23, 2022 – while on-site in Las Vegas.
  • Promotional funds for orders placed between February 19 and February 25, 2022, (considered at-show orders) will be available after the Buying Show by close of business on Wednesday, March 2, 2022.

If you choose the Debit Card option:

  • Promotional funds for orders placed between February 7 and February 18, 2022, (considered pre-show orders) will be loaded to non-personalized prepaid debit card(s) and available for pick up at the Promo Payouts Help Desk while on site in Las Vegas.
  • Promotional funds for orders placed between February 19 and February 25, 2022, (considered pre-show orders) will be available by close of business day on Wednesday March 2, 2022. You will still need to pick up your non-personalized debit cards at the Promo Payouts Help Desk while in Las Vegas. Funds will first be available on the non-personalized debit cards and then on the personalized cards after you have received and activated them.

As a follow up, personalized cards with your name will be sent to the physical address (in the US only), you specified during the online registration, after the show.

Funds from the non-personalized cards you receive in Las Vegas will be automatically transferred to the personalized cards you will receive in the mail. Delivery of the personalized card from Bank of America can take up to 10 business days to arrive at the provided address.

Each debit card has a maximum limit of $24,999, so if funds due to you exceed that amount, you will receive multiple debit cards (multiple non-personalized cards at show and personalized cards after the show).

There are limits on the amount we can load each day, so we will work as quickly as we can to confirm the funds due for at-show purchases.

  • Any discounts on orders placed after the PremierClub Buying Show through the end of the promotional period (March 11), will be taken off the invoice.

Promo Payouts Help Desk Hours & Location:

When: Thursday, February 24 from 2 p.m. – 5 p.m. and Friday, February 25, from 10 a.m. – 3 p.m.

    2021 Annual Program Rebates (including PCSA) 

    Please note, your 2021 annual rebates will be calculated in February and paid in March 2022 via credit memo or check and will be sent separately from any promotional funds paid at PremierClub.
