TNT Hotel Reservations

The deadline to make your hotel reservations (or changes) was Sunday, November 28th. 

Hotel Information 
Team In Training has two hotel room blocks:

Disney’s Contemporary Resort

Teammates will be assigned to one of the two room blocks based on the nights you are requesting as our available rooms per night varies at each property. We will do our very best to assign members of the same fundraising team and/or local regions to the same hotel. 

Extending Your Stay + Friends/Family Rooms 
We were able to reserve a very limited number of rooms for teammates to secure shoulder nights to their TNT hotel reservations and/or book additional rooms for friends or family at our group rate. These rooms are first come, first serve. If you are planning to extend your stay or would like to add an additional room for friends or family, you will be able to make those reservations through a special link that was emailed to teammates with hotel stay on 12/9.  

NOTE: These rooms are limited and available on a first come, first served basis. The room rate is $195 per night plus any applicable taxes/fees.

Combining Reservations
When adding pre/post nights to your reservation, you will not be able to link your original reservation number to the additional reservation. Disney will link the reservations on their side  closer to event weekend. While they can’t guarantee all rooms will be able to be linked, they will do their magical best.

To link your reservations to your MyDisneyExperience account:

  • Visit Disneyworld.com and log in to your account.
  • Click on ‘MyDisneyExperience’ up in the right-hand corner.
  • Click on ‘My Plans’
  • Scroll over ‘Resort Hotel’ and click on ‘Link a Reservation’
  • Enter your confirmation number and last name as it appears on the reservation*.
    • Note: if you are sharing a room with a teammate, the reservation may be under their last name.
