  • Tuesday-Wednesday, Jan 4-5, from 9am to 9pm ET

Fundraising Recognition
The Fundraising Totals for Individual Top Fundraiser and Top Team Fundraising Recognition will be pulled at 9:00 a.m. ET, on Friday, Jan. 7, 2022.

COVID Protocol
Prior to arrival, please ensure you have reviewed our health & safety protocol for the event weekend. Please bookmark and complete the Wellness Screening each day you are attending any TNT activities.

Race Day Gear
Check On all race days, teammates should plan to utilize the gEAR bag check provided by runDisney. Team In Training will not have a secured, enclosed space to store your belongings.

Thursday, Jan. 6th

5K Race Morning Meetup & Mission Moment

  • 4am - Team Mission Moment
    Look for the TNT flags near the finish chute in the Epcot Imagine parking lot. Join for a mission moment to start your day before everyone heads to their race start groups.
  • 3am - Optional Transportation Meetup
    For those staying at Contemporary or Grand Floridian: Meet TNT Staff in the hotel lobby to get on runDisney transportation together to Epcot. Staff will have a TNT flag.


5K Finish Line Recognition
Look for the purple TNT flags after you cross the finish line. Stop by to receive your TNT finisher pin as our congratulations for your running & fundraising accomplishments!


Friday, Jan. 7th 

10K Race Morning Meetup & Mission Moment

Shake-out Run/Walk
Disney's Contemporary Resort, Bay Cove Pool
Approximate start time 8:45am
For those participating in the longer distance races on Saturday and Sunday, join your TNT coaches for a short warmup group run to loosen your legs after travel. 

Team Rally
Disney's Contemporary Resort, Convention Center porte cochère
5:30pm ET
Join us as we come together to celebrate the LLS mission and all that you have accomplished this season. 
Attire: Casual; outdoor space so dress for weather. Wear your purple!
All fundraising teammates receive one complimentary ticket; guest tickets can be purchased in your commitment portal.

runDisney- Event Weekend Information
All teammates are REQUIRED to visit the runDisney Health & Fitness Expo at least one day prior to their first event in order to pick-up their race bib and packet. Please visit the race website for event specific information including days and times the Expo will be open and race day info.
