To be considered for a poster or “data blitz” short talk, please first register for the symposium, and then upload your title and abstract at the link below. The deadline for registration is Friday 12th November, abstract submission for posters or data blitz is Friday 5th November. If you need to update your abstract, please submit the form again using the same email address.
Poster details
Posterboards will be provided for attendees who have registered for the symposium and uploaded their title/abstract before the deadline (Nov.5). All attendees are eligible to submit an abstract to be considered for a poster. Posters should be 3’ x 4’ (36” x 48”) in portrait or landscape format and be aimed at a broad scientific audience. Presenters are welcome to display their posters all day, but at a minimum should display their poster during the poster session (12:20 pm - 2:30 pm) and be present at their poster for the first hour of the session. Prizes will be awarded for the best posters presented.

Data Blitz presentation details
Graduate students and postdocs are invited to be considered for a “Data Blitz” short talk. Up to five students will be selected to give a 3-minute, 1-slide elevator pitch/lightning-style presentation in the symposium, to present their research. All participants will be awarded a prize for their participation. To be considered please tick the box when uploading your abstract at the link above.
