Cancellation policy

You may cancel your registration and receive a refund, subject to an administration fee of $100 per person, until February 24, 2022. Following that date, no refunds will be given. Substitutions of attendees for full program or partner events is permissible at any time without charge.

Vaccination policy 

The safety of our delegates, staff and vendors is our top priority. New for 2022, anyone attending the Canadian Crops Convention in-person is required to be fully vaccinated, meaning they have received the full series of an accepted COVID-19 vaccine or a combination of accepted vaccines as per Health Canada guidelines, and received last dose at least 14 full days prior to March 7, 2022. In-person attendees will be required to present proof of vaccination and personal identification when registering onsite at the Westin Ottawa.
