Becoming the Leader You Want to Be Virtual Workshop

 

Are you a manager who is trying to figure out how to lead your team through a continuous improvement journey? Managers can feel pressure during a culture transformation because they are living in two worlds – the previous way and the new way. This course is designed to help you learn and practice skills and concepts that are key to helping you develop as a leader and engage our team, so you are successful and contributing to the organizational transformation.

This three-part series will focus on a coach approach for leadership, engaging your team more effectively, and creating a plan for you to practice and develop as a leader.

At the end of the session, participants will be able to:

  • Define behaviors required to lead in a continuous improvement environment
  • Describe a leader's role within a lean management system
  • Practice the key elements of a coach approach for leadership
  • Recognize the elements of the ADKAR change management model
  • Create a plan for their leadership development

Schedule: This workshop is a series of three 2-hour sessions. Sessions are meant to be connected and not sold individually.
