In an effort to hold the 9th annual Jefferson conference in-person, we are implementing the following requirements for attendance:
As of January 3, 2022, The City of Philadelphia has passed a mandate that all restaurants request proof of vaccination before a person can enter the establishment.
Attendance at the Jefferson conference is voluntary, and attendees understand there is some risk in attending in-person, indoor meetings, and the conference coordinators cannot ensure the status of hotel, restaurant, or conference center staff or others. By choosing to attend the Jefferson conference, attendees waive any claims against, and agree to hold harmless, the conference coordinators and Jefferson University in the event of subsequent illness.
