Jacquelyn Santiago Nazario is Chief Executive Officer of COMPASS Youth Collaborative and a Human Relations Commissioner for the City of Hartford. As CEO, Jackie provides the vision for COMPASS and is responsible for aligning programming with the agency’s mission and long-term strategy.
