Kelly Townend worked in FE as a trainer & Quality Manager for many years and is passionate about quality improvement of apprenticeship and skills provision. Instrumental in achieving and maintaining the WYLP Ofsted grade 2 status and supporting other providers across the network to enhance their quality improvement systems.
Currently leading on an ETF Project to develop LGBTQ+ into programmes and curriculums.
Works across a range of training organisations to develop and enhance their internal quality arrangements to support staff, learner, and employers.
