Registration Fees

August 1, 2021 - September 30, 2021:

$250 - Full Conference
$150 - Presenters (limited to two presenters per session)

October 1, 2021 - October 11, 2021

$300 - Full Conference
$200 - Presenters (Limited to two presenters per session)

There will be no onsite registration

Pre-Conference Registration

Attendees who would like to participate in the pre-conference session MUST pre-register for this event.

This year's Pre-Conference activity is a tour of MSU Billings. Space is limited

The bus for the tour will pick up guests at the front entrance to the Billings Hotel and Convention Center and leave promptly at 1:00pm.

Sunday Opening Dinner

All attendees are encouraged to attend the conference opening and keynote held at the Billings Hotel and Convention Center, Sunday, October 17, 2021 at 5:00pm. In order to help us plan accordingly, Please indicate your attendance at this event when registering for the conference.

Payment Information

Full payment is required before the conference. If payment is not received prior to the conference, the attendee's registration may be canceled. The conference confirmation email is your invoice.

Refund/Cancellation Policy

If you must cancel your registration, send an email to Montana State University-Conference Services at toni.lee@montana.edu by no later than Monday, October 11, 2021 at 5:00pm in order to receive a full refund less a $30 management fee.

Cancellations made after October 11, 2021, or attendees who do not show for the conference are responsible for the full registration fee.

Substitutions are welcome at any time. Please email advance substitutions to toni.lee@montana.edu, or notify the registration booth staff upon arrival at the conference.
