Affiliate Event Space Request

 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
CSCMP has limited meeting space available for affiliates at the Gaylord Palms Resort & Convention Center. All event space requests must be submitted to CSCMP. Please do not book directly with the Gaylord Palms or the restaurants on their property. 
 
If you are interested in holding an event, please read the following information outlining the process for requesting space. In order to reserve space, your organization must either be a paid exhibitor in the EDGE Supply Chain Exchange, a Sponsor, a Corporate Member, or at least 3 people from your organization must be registered attendees for the conference.
 
  • Requests will be processed in order of receipt. Space is limited.
  • Deadline to request event space is May 6, 2020.
  • Space confirmations will be sent by mid-June via email. The email will give you the room name, contact information and will include a link for payment to CSCMP.
  • All costs associated with the event including food & beverage, audio visual, etc. will be the responsibility of the organization. 
  • The requesting organization will be charged $250. A link to the credit card payment authorization form will be sent in your space confirmation email. The authorization form must be completed, and payment received on/by July 15, 2020 or the space will be released.
 
Days and times when events can occur:
Sunday, September 20: Prior to 6:00 PM or starting after 8:00 PM*
Monday, September 21: Prior to 8:30 AM or starting after 6:30 PM*
Tuesday, September 22:  Prior to 8:30 AM or starting after 6:30 PM*
Wednesday, September 23: Prior to 8:30 AM or starting after 12:00 PM*

Affiliate events may not be held during official EDGE 2020 events.
 

Requesting Event Space

Once you have determined the events to be organized, complete and submit the Online Request Form by May 6, 2020. Submit one form for each request.
 

When requesting meeting space, please adhere to start and end times allowed so as not to overlap with EDGE 2020 sessions and events. Please complete all areas of the form so the best space can be assigned. If you have an elaborate function that requires additional set-up or dismantle time, please note this on the request form in the comment section.   • Complete the form and select the "Submit" button
  • Once submitted, you will receive a confirmation message and a separate confirmation email with the summary of your requested event.
