Leading Change and Working in a Virtual Environment

Virtual Workshop

TuesDAY, 12 october AND wednesday, 13 october 2021 | 09:30 - 12:30 ON BOTH DAYS

OVERVIEW

Build your change management toolkit by practicing core techniques in the virtual space.

This highly interactive session will have you engaging right from the start and is packed with key takeaways to liven up your leadership and management when it comes to leading change and working in a VUCA (volatile, uncertain, complex, ambiguous) environment. Everything changes, and everything we do relies on implementing a change, so this workshop is applicable to any context.

By the end of the two sessions, participants will be able to:

  • Describe key factors to consider when leading and managing change in an ever-changing environment.
  • Explain the impact of VUCA in our new working practices.
  • Use a range of tools to help increase the engagement with team members undergoing change in virtual and hybrid.
  • Plan and design your change tool kit to be used in your next change initiative.
  • Share best practice and takeaways.

Part 1 – Tuesday, 12 October

This is a comprehensive, interactive session that takes delegates through a new way of looking at change considering the journeys we’ve been on over the last 18 months and what this means to future ways of working.

Part 2 – Wednesday, 13 October

This session focuses on our team members and what they need from us in the VUCA environment. By having our team members at the heart of everything we do we can ensure change initiatives land well and we get the desired result.
