This session will focus on a review of the ESFA’s subcontracting rules and requirements for FY21-22, covering both apprenticeship and non-apprenticeship provision.
Following the ESFA’s review of Post-16 subcontracting we are now seeing the outcome of that policy translated into new rules and requirements in a drive to increase transparency and more direct delivery.

- Subcontracting scene setting: where are we currently, how did we get here
- What has changed for the latest contract year?
- Understanding the key ESFA main funding rules and compliance on subcontracted provision.
