After two previous successful gathering of ICWA Stakeholders from Courts around the nations, Casey Family Programs and Pascua Yaqui Tribe are excited to host "ICWA Court Learning Collaborative III" on October 4, 2021 by Pascua Yaqui Tribe. (Virtual).
This year, the day will include a view into the successes of collaboration and education from the Pima County ICWA Court, in Tucson, Arizona. Teams will break out into strategy sessions and also share with their peers what is effective in the various jurisdictions.

Some teams also have included court administration and representatives from the state child welfare agency for ICWA cases.
This year, the collaborative is hosted by Pascua Yaqui Tribe. At this time the event is being planned virtually. Please keep watch for any updatesif the even is able to become in-person.
