Pre-Registration is required to attend.  Registration closes October 25, 2021 at 5pm. 

Late registration will be accepted on a case by case basis at a $25 processing fee.  Please contact the meeting planner directly.

There is a $15 cancellation fee for all cancellations.

Cancellations are to be submitted via email only to SCALEventQuestions@kp.org by October 25, 2021. There will be no refunds after this date.
