LEAP Program Information
Kick off of the program and pre-course assignments will begin in November of 2021.
You must complete all sessions and all assignments to graduate from the program.
COST: $4000.00 per person.
Program consists of 4 in-person LEAP Residency Weeks with full days of training as well as virtual training sessions in between.
The Distributor/District office will be invoiced in January 2022.
Registration is open for the Spring 2022 Session.

Earth City, MO - January 10-14, 2022 - Customer Focus
Tyler, TX - January 31 - February 4, 2022 - Product Focus
Lynn Haven, FL - February 21-25, 2022 - Light Commercial
Davidson, NC - March 21-24, 2022 - Capstone Presentations and Graduation
*Sunday travel will be needed for all 4 residency weeks.
Important Note: We are planning to hold LEAP in person, but this is subject to change based on travel restrictions (COVID or otherwise) or Trane Technologies recommendations which may prevent in-person instruction. We will make a decision prior to the session and if we cannot meet in person the LEAP program will still be held on these dates as a fully virtual session.
