To Our Valued Partners,

The health of our ACVR Members, Sponsors, Partners, and their families is of paramount importance to us. After much deliberation, the ACVR Program Committee and the ACVR Executive Council unanimously decided to change our 2021 Annual Meeting format to all virtual. We know as companies this shift is disappointing, but we also hope you understand the situation. We hope to partner with the venue once more for the 2023 Annual Meeting.

This news may come as a disappointment to some and a relief to others. ACVR is working quickly to adjust our program to reflect this new change. We are also working closely with Vet Education on a more robust virtual Exhibit Hall and will be in touch with opportunities for you as a partner. Approximately 4 to 6 hours of LIVE RACE content is available daily October 20 – 23, starting at 8:00 am Pacific/11:00 am Eastern. All Annual Business Meetings will be held over Zoom.

Registration for both attendees and exhibitors will remain open, and we welcome additional registrations to both!

We are working to finalize new timelines for the virtual platform. We will be offering some of the same items as last year, such as the Welcome and We Can’t Wait to See You In-Person videos. We will be sending out Swag Boxes to attendees, so you will still be able to add your items, similar to the tote bags. New this year, we'll be debuting an updated chat feature for questions and answers! A list of virtual networking ideas is forthcoming, as we planning to make this a fun and exciting virtual experience!
