Catering to small and medium size Municipalities! Asset management has been a buzz phrase for several years and many are left in a blur to what is actually is. Am I performing asset management? Am I fulfilling my AM plan? The answer is most likely yes (in bits and pieces)! We hope to take a deep breath, take a step back and start from scratch. Let us get back to the basics. This workshop will identify where to start asset management; collecting asset inventories, mapping, condition assessments on buried infrastructure, prioritizing criticality and risk assessments, costing and financials. Speakers will present some cost effective tools that can be used, methods and analysis that can be performed with existing data, and most importantly, how all the pieces can fit together on a tight budget.
Engineering consultants, contractors, technologists, municipal employees, field technicians, suppliers, infrastructure asset managers and anyone else who has an interest in municipal pipelines and wants to keep abreast of emerging industry trends to save money and environment.
