TRAVEL INFORMATION

AIR 

Flights will be arranged by the Bazaarvoice Hospitality Staff from your home city to Jackson Hole Airport (JAC). Upon arrival at Jackson Hole Airport, you will deplane outside via a ramp and walk to the terminal to pick up your bags and meet your transportation. Please plan accordingly.

The following items are required for travel:

• US Citizens
  • Driver's License or other form of photo identification 
  • Airline Tickets - printed or accessed on your smart phone
• Non-US citizens 
  • Valid Passport
  • Negative COVID-19 test taken within 3-days of United States Entry and completed attestation form
  • Airline Tickets - printed or accessed on your smart phone

DEPARTURE

We recommend that you reconfirm your flights directly with your airline 24 hours prior to departure in order to obtain your terminal and gate information. Should your travel plans change on travel day, please contact the Bazaarvoice Hospitality Staff:

LUGGAGE 

For most airlines, each passenger is allowed two carry-on pieces of luggage; a purse or backpack will count as one of those two items. The policy for complimentary checked baggage varies for each airline. Please check the website of your specific airline regarding baggage allowance.

Please note that all luggage, checked and carry-on, is subject to x-ray and hand-check at the airport during the security screening process. 

To ensure proper transfer of luggage from your home city to Jackson Hole, please include your name, address and phone number on your luggage tags and check your luggage through to Jackson Hole Airport (JAC). With heightened security at all airports, we recommend that you arrive at the airport a minimum of 2 hours prior to your flight departure time. We also recommend that you pack any essential items and a change of clothing in your carry-on luggage.

Please remember that liquids, gels and creams are not allowed in carry-on luggage unless each individual container is less than (3) three ounces and all containers are in a clear, 1-quart, plastic zip-top bag. Each passenger is allowed (1) 1-quart bag. You will be required to remove this plastic bag from your carry-on at the security checkpoint.

Prescription medications in original containers are allowed in quantities exceeding three ounces and are not required to be in the zip-top bag. Declare these items for inspection at the checkpoint.

SECURITY + TRAVEL TIPS

• Lighters are not permitted in checked baggage if they are filled with fuel; however, common lighters are permitted in carry-on luggage. Matches are not permitted in checked baggage. You may have one book of safety matches in your carry-on luggage.
• Pack all medication and valuables in your carry-on luggage. Please keep all medications, prescription or over-the-counter, in original, labeled containers.
• Airports may require you to remove shoes and place them through the x-ray machine. “Slip on” shoes allow for easier and faster access through the security checkpoint. 
• Avoid wearing clothing, jewelry or accessories that contain metal. These items may set off the metal detectors. You will also be required to remove all outer coats, jackets and blazers.
• You will be required to remove all laptops and video cameras from carry-on luggage to go through the x-ray machine individually.
• If you have TSA pre-check clearance in the U.S., you will not be required to remove your shoes, outer coats, jackets or blazers during security screening. Additionally, you will not be required to remove video cameras, computers or liquids in a (1) one-quart bag from your carry-on luggage. 
• Make a copy of your ID to carry with you. Should you accidentally lose the original document, the copy will make it much easier to have your ID replaced. It is also a good idea to leave a copy of your ID at home.

ENTRANCE + EXIT REQUIREMENTS FOR US RESIDENTS

US travelers will be required to show prood of identity prior to boarding your flight. A drivers license or other form of photo identification will be sufficient. A COVID-19 test is not required for domestic travel but is recommended. 

ENTRANCE + EXIT REQUIREMENTS FOR NON-US RESIDENTS

Entrance into the United States requires a current passport, valid at time of entry. If you do not have a current passport valid at the time of entry, you will not be permitted to board your initial flight. You will be required to go through Immigration Customs upon entering the U.S. Customs inspectors are authorized to examine and search your luggage. 

All air-traveling passengers arriving to the U.S. are required to produce proof of a negative COVID-19 test result taken up to 72 hours before entry or documentation of recovery from COVID-19 (a previous positive test and physician’s note of recovery within 90 days of travel are required) to the airline before boarding a return flight to the U.S.

Re-entry into your country of residence will require both proof of citizenship and verification of identity, so keep your passport safe at all times. If a COVID-19 test is required to return to your home country, it will be scheduled for you during your stay in Jackson Hole.
