What are the COVID-19 requirements when flying to Jackson Hole, WY

• You must wear a mask at the airports and on flights. International travelers are required to show proof of a negative COVID-19 test upon entry into the United States.

What are the COVID-19 requirements for travelers arriving from the US?

• Though a negative test is not required, it is recommended that each traveler has a negative test prior to travel. Masks are required on any forms of public transportation, so please be prepared and bring your masks with you. If you have received the vaccination in full, please bring appropriate paperwork with you.

• You must wear a mask at the airports and on flights.

What are the COVID-19 requirements for travelers arriving from Austrailia?

• All air-traveling passengers arriving to the U.S. from Austrailia, including U.S. citizens, are required to produce proof of a negative COVID-19 test result taken up to 72 hours before entry or documentation of recovery from COVID-19 (a previous positive test and physician's note of recovery within 90 day of travel are required) to the airline before boarding a return flight to the U.S.

• Leaving Austrailia requires an exemption with evidence to support your request. All travel exemption requests should be submitted at least 2 weeks, but not more than 2 months, prior to travel. You must apply online and must meet at least one of the following:

  • your travel is as part of the response to the COVID-19 outbreak, including the provision of aid 
  • your travel is for your business/employer
  • you are travelling to receive urgent medical treatment that is not available in Australia
  • you are travelling outside Australia for a compelling reason for three months or longer
  • you are travelling on compelling or compassionate grounds 
  • your travel is in the national interest

•A negative COVID-19 viral test result, performed within 3 days before the first scheduled departure time in the flight itinerary, is required in order to return to Austrailia. The Bazaarvoice Hospitality Staff will schedule a test for you and your guest.

What are the COVID-19 requirements for travelers arriving from England?

• All air-traveling passengers arriving to the U.S. from England must spend 14 or more days outside of the countries listed here prior to arriving in the United States. Plus they are required to produce proof of a negative COVID-19 test result taken up to 72 hours before entry or documentation of recovery from COVID-19 (a previous positive test and physician's note of recovery within 90 day of travel are required) to the airline before boarding a return flight to the U.S. Please find more information regarding the restiction here

• Attendees will need to be tested for COVID-19 prior to returning to England and produce a negative test result. An appointment will be made for you by the Bazaarvoice Hospitality Staff. You will also need to fill out a passenger locator form within 48 hours prior to arrival in the UK.

• As of July 8, 2021, the UK considers the United States to be an Amber country. Beginning Monday 19 July, the UK government will no longer recommend against travel to amber list countries. Attendees covered by the amber list rules, who have been fully vaccinated with an NHS vaccine, will not need to quarantine on arrival in England or take a COVID-19 test on day 8. If you are not vaccinated, a mandatory 10 day quarentine upon return to England is required. Additionally, travelers must book and pay for a COVID-19 Testing Package prior to travel. Travelers must take 2 COVID-19 tests after their arrival in England on or before day 2 and on or after day 8 of quarantine. Please refer to the gov.uk website for more information.

What are the COVID-19 requirements for travelers arriving from France?

• All air-traveling passengers arriving to the U.S. from France must spend 14 or more days outside of the countries listed here prior to arriving in the United States. Plus they are required to produce proof of a negative COVID-19 test result taken up to 72 hours before entry or documentation of recovery from COVID-19 (a previous positive test and physician's note of recovery within 90 day of travel are required) to the airline before boarding a return flight to the U.S. Please find more information regarding the restiction here

• As of June 14, 2021, France considers the United States to be an "orange" country. If you are vaccinated, you can travel to an “orange” country without justifying your trip. If you are not vaccinated, you can only travel from France to an “orange” country if you have pressing grounds for travel. You must present a certificate of international travel, available in French and English at the Interior Ministry’s website.

• Each traveller must present a negative PCR test taken less than 72 hours before departure or a negative antigenic test taken less than 48 hours before departure. You will need to pledge to self-isolate for 7 days upon your return and may be subjest to randomized testing. 

• Attendees will need to be tested for COVID-19 prior to returning to France. The Bazaarvoice Hospitality Staff will schedule a test for you and your guest.
