Extending Your Stay

If you would like to extend your stay at the Omni Fort Worth Hotel, you may make that request during the registration process. The hotel will offer a room rate of $179.00 (plus tax) per room, per night. This rate will be offered three days before and three days after the meeting dates, based on availability.

Your extension request will be on a "request basis" until confirmed in writing by the ABC Supply Hospitality Team. Your extended stay will be at your own expense.

Ground Transportation

ABC Supply will provide round-trip airport transportation during the meeting dates. Upon arrival at the airport, you will be met in the baggage claim area by transportation staff holding a sign with the ABC Supply logo. The Omni Fort Worth Hotel is approximately 27 minutes from the Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport (DFW) and 38 minutes from the Dallas Love Field Airport (DAL).

*Please note if you select you will require ground transportation and then you do not take ABC's planned transportation on arrival and departure day, your alternate transportation will be at your own expense and will not be reimbursed if submitted on an expense report.
