Sponsorship Opportunities

As of June 17th, we have sold out of sponsorships for the Tammy Z Memorial Golf Outing - thank you for your support!  We are still looking for great items to make our silent auction a success. Click the DONATIONS tab above for more info on silent auction or monetary donations. 

The Tammy Z Memorial Golf Outing is held on back-to-back days to give twice as many golfers the chance to join the fun and support our charitable organizations. The outing sells out annually, which means our sponsors have the opportunity to reach about 700 golfers at the event, from both the Rock Family of Companies and our partners.

On each day of the outing, golfers will hit the greens on multiple courses at Fox Hills. Sponsorships are available to reach all golfers at one day of the outing (Thursday or Friday) or every golfer on both days.

$20,000 (3 Sponsors)

Our top sponsorship provides maximum exposure – you’ll reach all golfers on all courses over both days of the outing.

SPONSORSHIP INCLUDES:

1 Contest Sponsorship: Choose from Hole-in-One, Longest Drive or Closest-to-the-Pin.  This includes logo signage at the tee box and hole flag on all courses for both outing days. It also includes prizes for the contest winners and program recognition.

1 Merchandise Sponsorship: Choose from logo inclusion on the golf shirts, golf towels or hat that all golfers will receive on both days of the outing.

Foursome – Choose Thursday or Friday

$10,000 (3 Sponsors)

The gold sponsorship reaches all golfers on all courses over both days of the outing.

SPONSORSHIP INCLUDES:

Hole Sponsorship (all courses, both days of outing): This includes logo signage at the tee box and hole flag on all courses for both outing days.

Event Meal Sponsorship - Choose One: Continental breakfast both days, BBQ lunch both days or Awards Dinner. Each meal sponsorship includes logo signage near the meal service, and logo labels on the boxes for breakfast and lunch.

Logo in Tammy Z Memorial Golf Program – received by all golfers.

1 course/1 day: $1,250

All courses/1 day: $3,375

All courses/2 days: $6,500

Choice of: 1 course on 1 day of the outing, all courses on 1 day of the outing, or all courses on both days of the 2-day outing.

BEST DRESSED FOURSOME & PHOTOGRAPHER SPONSORSHIP:

Sponsor our outing photographers as they capture the action. Photographers will also be getting shots of our Best Dressed Foursomes around the course; all of whom will be entered to win a grand prize.

Sponsorship includes a full color logo sign on the back of the photographer’s golf cart, inclusion in golf program, and sign/announcement at the awards dinner.

• Best Dressed Foursome & Photographer Sponsor – Both outings: $1,800

BLOODY MARY BAR SPONSOR

Sponsor the Bloody Mary Bar that greets golfers when they arrive for check-in at the outing – always a crowd favorite! Sponsorship includes a full color logo sign at the Bloody Mary Bar.

• Bloody Mary Bar Sponsor – Single outing: $1,000

• Bloody Mary Bar Sponsor – Both outings: $1,800

DRIVING RANGE SPONSOR

Sponsor the driving range near the clubhouse where our golfers warm up before the outing. Sponsorship includes 3 prominent full color logo signs in this area.

• Driving Range Sponsor – Single outing: $1,000

• Driving Range Sponsor – Both outings: $1,800

BEVERAGE CART SPONSOR

Sponsor the beverage carts that will be making the rounds out on the course during the Tammy Z Memorial. Sponsorship includes full color logo signs on the back of each beverage cart.

• Beverage Cart Sponsor – Single outing: $1,500

• Beverage Cart Sponsor – Both outings: $2,700

BEVERAGE COOLER SPONSOR:

Sponsor the insulated beverage cooler that all golfers will receive at the outing. Sponsorship includes on logo placement on the cooler. 

• Beverage Cooler Sponsor – Both outings: $10,000

PUTTING GREEN SPONSOR:

Sponsor the putting green near the clubhouse where golfers practice before the outing. This also includes sponsorship of the putting contest before the shotgun start.

Sponsorship includes 2 prominent full color logo signs on the green.

• Putting Green Sponsor – Single outing: $1,250

• Putting Green Sponsor – Both outings: $2,250

VOLUNTEER SPONSOR

Volunteers MAKE IT HAPPEN at the Tammy Z Memorial Golf Outing. Sponsor the shirts that our volunteers wear over the course of the 2-day outing! Sponsorship includes a full color logo sign in the check-in area, and your logo on the back of our volunteer shirts.

• Volunteer Sponsor – Both days of outing: $1,500
