You are invited to submit an abstract for consideration by the Organising Committee for presentation at the 2022 Annual Scientific Meeting of the New Zealand Pain Society Inc.
Abstracts are invited for Oral or Poster presentations. If you wish to submit an abstract for consideration by the Committee, you must also register to attend the Conference (full conference registration). Abstracts must be submitted via this website.
Abstract submission is open now. Please ensure you read the following information before submitting an abstract, then click on the button below to submit your abstract.
Submissions close at 4pm on Monday 6 December 2021.
Notice of acceptance will be sent to submission authors by Monday 17 January 2022.
Poster Presentations
There will be a digital poster display in the exhibition hall at the conference. You will need to upload a high-res PDF of your poster by Monday 14 February 2022. Your poster will be made available as a digital poster at the conference plus on the conference mobile app.
Oral Presentations
If you are selected to offer an oral presentation you will need to prepare and practise an 8 minute presentation. 2 minutes will then be set aside at the end of your presentation for Q&A. Standard audio visual equipment will be provided: lectern, microphone, PC laptop, data projector and screen. All presentations will need to be presented in PowerPoint.
You will need to provide your PPT presentation to the conference organisers by Monday 14 February 2022.
