1. The registration fee can only be paid in GBP £ irrespective of your country of origin.

2. AMEE 2021 registration fee includes access to Swapcard platform from August 2021 to April 2022 , participation in all live sessions (some workshop and Fringe session may be limited capacity), networking opportunities, access to exhibitors and sponsors, access to recorded sessions for 6 months post-conference, access to on-demand content in AMEE Resource Centre (ARC).  

3. 6th ICFDHP registration fee includes access to Swapcard platform from August 2021 to April 2022, participation in all live sessions of 6th ICFDHP (some workshop sessions may be limited capacity), networking opportunities, access to recorded sessions for 6 months post-conference, access to on-demand content in AMEE Resource Centre (ARC).

4. Payment may be made by credit/debit card or bank transfer; all payments must be made prior to the start of the conference. Presenters must register and pay by 30th June 2021.

5. Cancellation policy for AMEE 2021 and Faculty Development; a refund of previously paid registration fees will be made as follows:

     Notification in writing to amee@worldspan.co.uk by 6th June 2021: full refund less £25.00 administration fee.

     Notification in writing to amee@worldspan.co.uk by 30th June 2021; 50% refund.

     Notification in writing to amee@worldspan.co.uk from 1st July 2021 no refund.   

6. Cancellation policy for AMEE 2021 pre-conference workshops and courses: AMEE will make every effort to resell places on preconference workshops and courses but cannot guarantee a refund will be possible.

7. Please note: in the event of cancellation, bank or credit card charges incurred by AMEE will not be refunded.  

8. This contract is governed by the laws of Scotland. Completion of the registration information signifies acceptance of the terms and conditions.
