All major credit cards are accepted by the hotel. The hotel recommends guests use either credit card or cash for the mandatory $300 per room deposit for incidentals. We do not recommend using a debit card for incidentals as debit cards will record the deposit as an actual charge, not a "hold."

COVID-19 Resort Service Modifications
- Some amenities such as, but not limited to, carpets, throw pillows, coffee maker, condiments, robes, and sandals have been removed from the rooms. However, all are available upon request at extension 0.
- The mini-bar (which includes water, sodas, and juices) is stocked on arrival day. Once an item needs replenishing, dial extension 0 to request and the item(s) will be delivered to your room in a bag.
- Everyone is required to wear a mask in public spaces.

**The hotel recommends making restaurant reservations each night.
Breakfast and lunch restaurants are casual. Bathing suits must be covered up, and no wet clothing or bare feet are allowed. Tank tops, shorts, and flip-flops are appropriate.
Dinner restaurants are casual elegant. Dress shorts and nice sandals for men and skirts, shorts, or sundresses for women. Beachwear is not allowed.
Extending Your Stay
ABC Supply is pleased to host you and your guest for six nights, January 31 - February 6, 2022, or February 1 - 7, 2022, depending on your group or district. The discounted group rate will be honored for three nights pre-program (January 28, 29, 30, or January 29, 30, 31) and three nights post-program dates (February 6, 7, 8, or February 7, 8, 9), pending resort availability. The nightly room rate is $360++ per person per double occupancy room per night. Please note that if you plan on extending, transportation will be at your own expense.
Extending your stay is not guaranteed and is based on room availability. During registration, you will have the opportunity to request to extend your stay. The ABC Supply Hospitality Team will then confirm availability with the resort. Please note, your flight cannot be booked until you have received confirmation your extension has been approved by the ABC Supply Hospitality Team. Please allow up to 24-hours for the Hospitality Team to confirm your request has been received. Your confirmation will be sent to you as soon as possible, pending the resort's response.
