Journalist Vaishali Jain is in conversation with CEO and Cofounder of Jopwell, Porter Braswell. Porter is leading career advancement platform for Black, Latinx, and Native American students and professionals.

His book, Let Them See You: The Guide for Leveraging Your Diversity at Work is one of the first books of its kind to focus specifically on the topic of diversity in the workforce and addresses not only how diverse individuals can leverage their diversity as an asset at work, but also how champions of diversity can understand the value of a diverse candidate.
