Registration Information

Online registration is open through September 24, 2021.

Registration fee is $149.00 per person on or before September 3. After September 3, the registration fee is $179.00 per person. 

Continuing Education Units: Continuing Education Units (CEUs) will be offered free of charge for LMSWs, LCSWs, LPCs, LMFTs, and psychologists in Texas. CEUs have been generously sponsored by Glen Oaks Hospital. CEUs will be provided depending on conference attendance. Additional details and instructions will be provided prior to the conference.

Payment Methods: You can pay online with a credit card* or by check via USPS. Check payments for Engage & Excel Conference registration will only be accepted for Early Bird Registration, which is $149.00 per person and ends Friday, September 3, 2021. Checks should be made payable to MMHPI and mailed to 2800 Swiss Ave. Dallas, TX 75204. All check payments should be received by Monday, September 27, 2021, or the registration will be voided unless prior arrangements have been made. *Credit card statement will reflect PAYPAL MEADOWSMENT as the merchant.

Cancellations and Refunds: No refunds will be processed after September 3, 2021. Substitutions will be accepted through September 24, 2021, by contacting Casie Wenmohs cwenmohs@mmhpi.org.
