• Included within the conference registration, we have put together some outstanding activity options for Saturday afternoon. We encourage all attendees, sponsors and partners to book an activity and network outside of the conference sessions.
  • There are plenty of options for those who want to burn some energy, sit back and enjoy some amazing scenery, thrill seekers, or enjoy a luxury experience. All options include transport and either lunch during the activity or a packed lunch from the hotel.
  • Activities will range from 3 - 4 hours in duration and all attendees will be taken back to Rydges by 4.30pm, to allow time before the dinner departure at 6.15pm.
  • If an activity is unavailable due to weather conditions, participants will be offered an alternative option/s.
  • Activities tickets for accompanying partners may be purchased during conference registration for $200.
  • Cost of activities are included with conference registrations, apart from #9 Exclusive Wine Tour with Heli Golf which is an additional $450pp.

A spectacular and exhilarating eco-adventure through the forest canopy, situated on Queenstown’s iconic Bob’s Peek (aka Skyline Gondola hill).  Gaze at the spectacular views of Lake Wakatipu and the Remarkables as the guides deliver interesting and light hearted details on the local history, myths, legends and ecological principals at each suspended treehouse.

Collected from your hotel in 6 seater land cruisers you will head to a bike track, via a bit of a 4WD through (literally) the Arrow River.  Either e-bikes or standard mountain bikes will be provided to ride the Queenstown trail finishing at Gibbston Valley with some wine tasting.
