AELP’s Spring Conference 2021 event has been organised by the Events Team at AELP.
Once registered, please check the system requirements which will be detailed shortly. It is the delegate's responsibility to ensure the system connection is tested at least 48 hours prior to the conference. You will only need to do this once unless you log on from a different laptop or device. If you are attending the live conference, please ensure you log in to the online system 15 minutes prior to the start of the session.
All bookings and payments will be processed online and all costs are subject to VAT.

Confirmation of bookings will be sent to the delegate(s) upon completion of the online registration form and payment on this site. If you have not received confirmation of your registration from AELP within two days of making your booking, please contact the AELP Events Team on 0117 947 2097 or via email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
On Monday, 15 March 2021 each delegate will be sent a final confirmation email containing the conference link and personalised login details. Each conference link will take delegates to a virtual lobby which will require the login details provided in the email. Once delegates are logged into the virtual lobby, they can view and access the live session/s, ask questions and take part in polls, view the conference agenda and interact with fellow delegates and sponsors. It is important that all delegates preselect their sessions prior to the conference in order to access the correct links, delegates will only be able to view these selections within the lobby. Only the delegate can use their login details to access the lobby and conference links within the lobby and anyone else trying to use this will interrupt the delegate’s access to the conference.
AELP reserves the right to change the agenda, content, speakers and workshops as necessary or cancel the conference.
Cancellations of booking must be confirmed in writing up to 21 days prior to the conference to receive a full refund. Any cancellation received between 21 and 14 days prior to the conference will be subject to 50% of the booking fee + VAT. Any cancellation received within 14 days prior to the conference will be liable for the FULL booking fee + VAT. Please supply the confirmation Reference Number to AELP via email to email@example.com and include the delegate name.
If the conference is cancelled, AELP will endeavour to contact all delegates at the earliest opportunity to advise and all booking fees refunded. Please ensure you provide your mobile number as part of your booking journey.
Substitution of delegate place(s) is acceptable, and delegates will be able to modify their bookings up to 5 working days prior to the start of the conference. After this point, delegates will not be able to modify their bookings.
Once an online booking is received, sponsorship packages are non refundable under any circumstances. All payments must be received within 7 days of invoice.
By booking to attend this conference you agree to AELP using and storing your data i.e. your name, organisation and email address. This information will be used for conference preparation and within the conference app including, but not limited to attendance lists etc. AELP may also use your data to notify you of other events/conferences/webinars and/or AELP Member Meetings. We may also share your data with relevant event partners and sponsors in connection with the conference.
