Situating Strategy Use: Strategic Learning in an Uncertain World 


The Fourth International Conference on Situating Strategy Use: Strategic Learning in an Uncertain World will be held in Wellington, New Zealand on 28 - 29 November 2022. This interdisciplinary conference aims to stimulate ongoing research and further probe into less investigated issues concerning learning strategies and other related areas within an international community of scholars.

The scope of the conference includes acquisition and use of learning strategies in formal education settings, both inside the classroom and outside of the classroom, as well as acquisition and use of learning strategies outside of formal education settings, such as at home, in the community and in the workplace.

The conference will highlight three main threads: Learning strategies in an increasingly uncertain world, Learning strategies across the curriculum, and Technology use for strategic learning. In addition, topics covered in SSU4 include, but are not limited to, the following:
